No Sweat Aerosol NS-1

NO SWEAT is a convenient, ready-to-use aerosol spray-on insulation that creates an instant moisture barrier to eliminate pipe “sweating” and dripping. This modified acrylic coating is filled with millions of tiny air cells that effectively separate cold pipe surfaces from warm, moist air, preventing condensation. Its spray application is ideal for insulating odd-shaped fittings, valves, and hard-to-reach areas where traditional insulation is impractical or impossible to apply.

NO SWEAT Aerosol

Prevent Condensation and Moisture Damage

NO SWEAT is the professional’s choice for applying instant insulation and condensation control in challenging environments. This ready-to-use aerosol delivers a durable, waterproof modified acrylic coating specifically designed to end dripping and sweating on all your cold lines and surfaces. The formula contains millions of micro air cells that act as a superior thermal break, instantly separating warm, moisture-laden air from cold pipes. Unlike messy wraps or prefabricated insulation, NO SWEAT’s precision spray application easily conforms to and coats complex contours like valves, tees, and fittings. It’s the perfect tool for insulating those hard-to-reach areas where traditional insulation simply cannot go. It adheres quickly and dries to a hard, flexible white finish that prevents cracking or peeling, creating a permanent moisture barrier on refrigeration, A/C, and cold water lines. Users can easily build up the thickness by applying multiple coats to meet specific insulation requirements. Once dry, the white, stipple-effect finish is paintable and stable up to 120°F (49°C). One can covers approximately 10 feet of 1-inch pipe or 8 square feet of flat surface with two coats.

Key Features and Benefits:

  • Durable and Long-Lasting: Provides long-term protection against condensation.
  • Instant Moisture Barrier: Stops sweating and dripping with durable, waterproof coating.
  • Flexible & Hard-Drying: Adheres quickly and remains flexible enough to resist cracking.
  • Custom Thickness: Multiple coats can be applied to build up the insulation as needed.
  • Paintable: Can be painted to match surrounding surfaces, dries to a white finish.
  • Coverage: One can covers approximately 10 feet of 1-inch pipe or 8 square feet of flat surface with two coats.

Directions:

This product must be used in accordance with the following directions and by professionals only.

  1. Prep: Ensure surface is clean and completely dry. Product application is ideal when the can is at room temperature 70°F – 75°F and the surface is cold.
  2. Shake: Shake the can vigorously for one minute before and occasionally during use.
  3. Spray: Hold the can 6-10 inches from the surface and apply with a smooth, sweeping motion.
  4. Coat Thinly: Apply several thin coats rather than one thick coat. If the coating runs, the can is too close.
  5. Dry: Allow each coat to dry thoroughly for several minutes before applying the next coat.
  6. Clean Nozzle: To prevent clogging, invert the can and spray briefly after use to clear the nozzle.
