DIRECTIONS:
Proper Maintenance for Adhesive Spraying Systems
Maintenance for Spray Gun and Hose:
- Flush with Remover: After using each adhesive cylinder, flush the hose and spray gun with UNIVERSAL ADHESIVE REMOVER.
- Close Valve: Shut off the cylinder valve on the used adhesive cylinder.
- Bleed Pressure: Spray the gun into a disposable container to release pressure.
- Detach Hose: Remove the hose from the used adhesive cylinder.
- Attach to New Cylinder: Attach the hose to a new adhesive cylinder.
- Open Valve and Spray: Open the valve and spray into a disposable container for 20-30 seconds to clean.
- Repeat for Pressure Release: Shut off the valve and bleed pressure from the hose.
Cleaning Clogged Hose and Spray Gun:
- Close Valve: Shut off the cylinder valve on the used adhesive cylinder.
- Bleed Pressure: Spray the gun into a disposable container.
- Reattach Hose: Reattach the hose to the adhesive cylinder.
- Open Valve and Spray: Open the valve and spray to clear the blockage.
Cleaning Up Excess Adhesive:
- Direct Application: Spray UNIVERSAL ADHESIVE REMOVER directly onto the adhesive.
- Wipe Clean: Use a clean cloth to wipe away the adhesive.
Safety Precautions:
- Wear Protective Gear: Wear rubber gloves and safety goggles.
- Proper Disposal: Dispose of used adhesive and cleaning materials according to local regulations.
