DIRECTIONS:

Proper Maintenance for Adhesive Spraying Systems

Maintenance for Spray Gun and Hose:
  1. Flush with Remover: After using each adhesive cylinder, flush the hose and spray gun with UNIVERSAL ADHESIVE REMOVER.
  2. Close Valve: Shut off the cylinder valve on the used adhesive cylinder.
  3. Bleed Pressure: Spray the gun into a disposable container to release pressure.
  4. Detach Hose: Remove the hose from the used adhesive cylinder.
  5. Attach to New Cylinder: Attach the hose to a new adhesive cylinder.
  6. Open Valve and Spray: Open the valve and spray into a disposable container for 20-30 seconds to clean.
  7. Repeat for Pressure Release: Shut off the valve and bleed pressure from the hose.
Cleaning Clogged Hose and Spray Gun:
  1. Close Valve: Shut off the cylinder valve on the used adhesive cylinder.
  2. Bleed Pressure: Spray the gun into a disposable container.
  3. Reattach Hose: Reattach the hose to the adhesive cylinder.
  4. Open Valve and Spray: Open the valve and spray to clear the blockage.
Cleaning Up Excess Adhesive:
  1. Direct Application: Spray UNIVERSAL ADHESIVE REMOVER directly onto the adhesive.
  2. Wipe Clean: Use a clean cloth to wipe away the adhesive.
Safety Precautions:
  • Wear Protective Gear: Wear rubber gloves and safety goggles.
  • Proper Disposal: Dispose of used adhesive and cleaning materials according to local regulations.
