Effective HVAC System Cleaning
Before Use:
- Well-Ventilated Area: Use in a well-ventilated area with temperatures above 60°F.
- Review System Configuration: Assess the system’s configuration before application.
- Clean Components: Consider cleaning the condenser, evaporator, and line sets separately before applying the product.
- Disassemble Large Systems: For larger systems, disassemble and clean in sections.
- Remove Components: Remove filter driers/cores, bypass thermostatic expansion valves, compressor,accumulators, receivers, reversing valves, etc.
- Crimp or Restrict Line Set: If possible, crimp or restrict the line set to enhance the cleaning process.
- Use Open Container: Have an open container ready to collect oil and debris.

DANGERS & PRECAUTIONS
Flammable. Vapors may be irritating to eyes, nose, throat, and lungs and may be harmful if swallowed. Wear safety glasses and gloves during use. Never connect the can to nitrogen or manifold sets. Failure to ensure system is pressurized (Free of Pressure) May cause can to burst and could result in injury.
HANDLING: Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and clothing. Avoid breathing vapors or mist.
STORAGE: Store in a cool place. Protect from contamination and keep the container tightly closed in a dry and well-ventilated place. Store in the original container. Avoid freezing temperatures. If stored below -10°C (14°F), mix prior to use.
WASTE DISPOSAL: The product should not be allowed to enter drains, watercourses, or the soil. All hazard precautionary measures should be followed.

Spray Tip Assembly Directions
When replacing your spray tip (or troubleshooting a leaking/clogged gun or one that will not stop spraying) … ensure that the spray tip is assembled in the order shown below.
Instructions:
- Place spray tip (No.3) into nut (No. 4). Ensure tip protrudes from nut.
- Place seat (No. 2) into nut (No. 4) with flat side facing (and sitting atop) spray tip.
- Screw assembled spray tip onto spray gun (No. 1).
- Tighten with wrench.
Important: Seat (No. 2) needs to be placed with flat side facing spray tip (protrusion facing spray gun). If the seat is positioned incorrectly, the spray gun may not work properly (leaking, clogging, constant spraying and other problems may arise).
