XPRESS INJECTS

Xpress Injects is Vapco’s complete refrigerant system treatment line. It includes refrigerant leak sealants, UV dye for leak detection, acid neutralizers, moisture eliminators, and system performance enhancers — available individually or in combination formulas.

The sealant formula circulates as inert organosilane monomers inside the closed refrigeration system and polymerizes only upon atmospheric exposure at the leak point. No pre-formed polymer macromolecules enter the system. TXV safe. No propellants — installs using system refrigerant pressure. Compatible with all refrigerants including A2L (R-454B, R-32) and A3 hydrocarbons (R-290 , R-600a). Not compatible with ammonia systems.

One product family covers systems from under 0.75 tons to 125 tons. No other refrigerant sealant brand offers this range or combination modularity under a single line. Built on the original formula that created the refrigerant sealant category in the early 2000s — unchanged since Vapco’s acquisition in 2016.
