BD CLEANER – is a biodegradable, nonbutyl, evaporator coil cleaner that meets USDA standards. BD Cleaner dissolves grease, nicotine, and dirt without attacking metals. Dilute with 3 to 6 gallons of water, depending on the application. VOC content is zero.

BD CLEANER: Effective Cleaning for HVAC Systems
Before Use:
  • Consult SDS: Refer to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for detailed safety information.
  • Wear Protective Gear: Always wear protective gloves and eye protection.
Cleaning Instructions:
  1. Power Off: Turn off the HVAC system.
  2. Dilute: Mix 1 part BD CLEANER with 3-6 parts water.
  3. Spray: Spray the diluted solution directly onto the coil, ensuring thorough saturation.
  4. Wait: Allow the solution to sit for 5 minutes.
  5. Resume Operation: Restart the HVAC system.
Specific Applications:
  • Evaporator Coils: Apply to the air intake side of the coil. The fan can remain on if possible. No rinsing is necessary.
  • Condenser Coils: Rinse the coils thoroughly after applying BD CLEANER.
  • Electronic Air Filters: Turn off the unit and fan. Wet all areas of the filter plate. Rinsing is recommended.
