Xpress Inject System Enhance XPS-5T-ACE

SYSTEM ENHANCE is a sealant‑free HVAC performance additive designed to return oil to the compressor, lubricate moving parts, and improve heat transfer—helping residential systems run quieter and more efficiently. In field testing, treated systems saw up to an 11% drop in running amperage draw. With our Xpress Inject delivery, it installs in minutes with no pouring, no mess, and no extra steps.

SYSTEM ENHANCE – HVAC System Enhancer & Performance Additive

XPS-5T-ACE: The industries top tier HVAC System Enhancer & Performance Additive specifically targets oil drift, core friction and heat issues inside the refrigerant circuit. By promoting proper oil return and better lubrication, it helps reduce compressor wear and operating noise, while enhanced heat transfer supports improved cooling performance and energy efficiency. The formula is sealant‑free and compatible with all refrigerants except ammonia, making it a smart preventive maintenance add‑on for both new and aging residential systems.

Directions – HVAC System Enhancer & Performance Additive:

This product must be used in accordance with the following directions and by professionals only.

Always read the product label and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for complete precautionary and first aid information before use.

System Enhance is designed for quick and effective leak sealing in HVACR systems. Choose the method below that best suits your equipment and job site conditions.

General Safety & Pre-Installation Checks (Applicable to All Methods)

Before beginning, ensure the system is ready and you have the correct System Enhance product for the system’s tonnage.

  1. Safety First: Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses and protective gloves, when working with refrigerants and sealants.
  2. Identify Ports: Clearly identify the low-side (suction) and high-side (liquid) service ports on the system.
  3. System Running & Mode:
    • Ensure the HVACR system is powered on and running, with the compressor engaged.
    • If working on a heat pump, set the system to Cooling Mode for optimal sealant distribution.
  4. System Charge: Verify the system has an adequate refrigerant charge. System Enhance can be injected into a fully charged or partially low system; if significantly low, you may use refrigerant to push the sealant (see Traditional Method alternative).
  5. Refrigerant Compatibility: Confirm the system is NOT an ammonia (NH3) system, as System Enhance is not compatible.
  6. Xpress Overhaul Size: Ensure you have selected the appropriate System Enhance cartridge size for the system’s tonnage (e.g., XPS-Mini, XPS-5T, XPS-60T).
  7. Inspect Xpress Inject Tube: Do not bend, cut, or deform the tube. Check to ensure small nitrogen bubble is present and free moving in the tube.

After injecting System Enhance, it’s crucial to allow the product to fully circulate and activate:

  1. Run Time: Run the AC unit for a minimum of one (1) hour immediately after injecting System Enhance. This ensures thorough circulation of the sealant throughout the system. For larger systems or very cold conditions, allow for even longer run times (e.g., 2-4 hours).
  2. System Monitoring: Monitor the system’s operating pressures and temperatures. System Enhance is designed not to alter system performance or clog metering devices.
  3. Leak Verification: After the recommended run time, verify leak resolution using standard diagnostic methods.
  4. Documentation: Document the application of System Enhance in the system’s service log, including date, product size, and method used.
Important Notes for Professionals
  • Refrigerant Charging Concurrent with Sealant: If the system is low on refrigerant, System Enhance can be injected concurrently with refrigerant charging. Simply connect the inject to the service port and push the sealant into the system using the refrigerant being added, following the appropriate method.
  • No Pump Down Required: System Enhance does not require pumping down the system for injection, regardless of refrigerant type.
  • Polymer-Free Formulation: System Enhance is formulated to be “polymer free” while in the tube and circulating through the system, protecting sensitive system components.
