HSC is formulated to emulsify oils, grease, lubricants, corrosion byproducts and other debris found inside new and old systems alike.

Directions & Cleaning;

This product must be used in accordance with the following directions and by professionals only.

  1. Preparation & Dosing
    • Open all zone valves and thoroughly flush the system with water until it appears clean. Add the product at a rate of **1 gallon per 250 gallons** of system water.
  2. Cleaning – Circulation Time
    • New Installations: Circulate for 4 to 6 hours. Vent the system from the highest point to avoid gas binding.
    • Existing Non-Aluminum Boilers: Circulate for 1-3 days or until water is visibly fouled.
    • Existing Aluminum Boilers: Limit cleaning time to 8 hours unless the boiler is bypassed.
  3. Post Cleaning & Flushing
    • After cleaning, flush the system with water until it runs clear and the pH is the same as the makeup water.

*NOTE: Heating the system to operating temperature will improve results. After cleaning, add Arctic Protection Glycol or NSF Arctic Protection HT Glycol, or Glycol Inhibitor dependent on the application criteria for long term system protection.
