Versatile High-Strength Adhesive

MAGNA TACK is a high strength adhesive specially formulated to bond fiberglass insulations, urethane, rubber sheet, duct board, and bubble foil type insulation to sheet metal. It creates both permanent and temporary bonds on many surfaces. Excellent for porous or uneven surfaces as well as smooth surfaces. Waterproof, flexible, transparent, non-staining adhesive sets quickly. Effectively bonds other surfaces such as labels, cartons, floor tile, cloth, carpet, ceramic, glass, wood, Formica, leather, plastics, foam, etc. Cleans up with mineral spirits.

Magna Tack Bulk can be brushed on.

6. First-Aid Measures

Inhalation Remove person to fresh air. Keep at rest. Seek medical attention if unwell.
Skin Contact Drench with water for 15 minutes. Remove contaminated clothing. Obtain medical attention if irritation persists.
Eye Contact Rinse with water for 15 minutes. Remove contact lenses. Seek medical attention if irritation persists.
Ingestion DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING. Aspiration hazard. Seek immediate medical attention.

7. Fire-Fighting & Accidental Release Measures

Extinguishing Media Dry chemical, CO2, water spray, fog, or alcohol-resistant foam.
Firefighting Hazards Vapors are heavier than air and may travel to ignition sources. Containers may explode when heated. Ground all large containers.
Spill Cleanup Eliminate ignition sources. Ventilate area. Absorb with non-combustible material. Prevent entry into sewers.

8. Handling, Storage & PPE

Handling Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Do not breathe vapors. Use non-sparking tools. Ground/bond containers.
Storage Store in a cool, well-ventilated place. Keep locked up. Do not exceed 50°C/122°F. Keep away from direct sunlight.
Engineering Controls Use explosion-proof ventilation and equipment. Emergency eye wash/showers required.
PPE Chemical safety goggles, protective gloves, fire-retardant clothing, NIOSH-approved SCBA for high exposure.
