4.1 Description of necessary first-aid measures

 

  • If inhaled: Remove person to fresh air. Call a POISON CENTER/doctor if you feel unwell (P312).

  • In case of skin contact: Immediately drench affected area with water for at least 15 minutes. Contact with liquid can cause freeze burns/frostbite.

  • In case of eye contact: Rinse with water for at least 15 minutes. Continue rinsing.

  • If swallowed: Rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting.

4.2 Most important symptoms/effects, acute and delayed

 

  • Symptoms/Injuries: Harmful if inhaled. Causes serious eye irritation. May cause drowsiness and dizziness (CNS depression).

  • Cardiac Risk: Contains chlorinated solvent, which is associated with cardiac sensitization following very high exposures. Careful consideration is required before administering epinephrine.
